Training

Our unique fitness sessions take place every Monday & Wednesday evening from 7pm in St. Brigids Castleknock Community Centre. Get toned through our kettlebells and bodyweight workouts and healthy, energetic and fit through our wide ranging cardio programmes including BoxFit, Circuits, Group Sessions and more

motivation

Our approach to fitness is to ease you in, no matter your current fitness levels. We believe that fitness should never be a form of torture. Yes, you will sweat but we dare say you’ll enjoy it and have the craic along the way.

Our challenges and coaching will guide you to a healthier, fitter you

community

Our women only sessions ensure that you are training with like minded people with similar goals to yourself. Get connected using our CSF Fitness App and our classes are designed to be a interactive with out members as possible. We are more than just a workout

 



If you’re the type of person that can stick on the headphones, go to the gym, train yourself and feel like you are getting the most out of your sessions - then this is NOT for you!
