Egg Shakshuka

A very easy to make alternative if you're sick of scrambled eggs or omelettes! Admittedly, I would have grilled the dish in the oven after I added the eggs but you live and you learn. It still tasted really good and definitely had some love in it!

All you need:
5 Eggs
1 Chopped Onion
1 Clove of Garlic
1 Red Pepper
3 Tomatoes
Tomato Paste
Chilli Powder and/or Paprika
Fresh Basil... A little more finely cut!

Add chopped up onions to a pre heated pan for two minutes. Add in a clove of garlic before your chopped up red pepper. After 5 minutes, your red pepper should be nearly cooked. And in some diced tomatoes and some tomato paste and let the entire mixture simmer on low heat (this is very easy to burn once the eggs are added!!) Speaking of your eggs, crack some eggs on to of your mixture, and cook for 10 minutes. And that's it! Some fresh basil on top and you're done. Just learn how to pronounce it
