Ham & Egg Cups

 

Another quick recipe that you can batch cook and freeze to help keep your nutrition on track! Too easy to make that I can't even pad this short page out!

Simply use ham as your cup on your muffin tray and add your egg along with whatever ingredients you like! I kept the ones in the picture very simple but they still tasted great! Use coconut oil on your tray to allow the muffin to be lifted from the tray easily. 

Stick them in the oven for 10-15 minutes. Also, I would recommend doing either version of the eggs but not both as they have different cooking times to perfect.
