Protein Bars

So easy to make, melt a bar of dark chocolate (at least 70%). I break up a one 100g bar in to a big bowl over boiling water. As the chocolate is melting, I add a scoop of Chocolate Mint Protein (Personally, I love the Optimum Nutrition Brand... cheap plug... wait, I'm not getting paid for that). I then added 100g of cashews and almonds (sometimes walnuts to mix things up). But the mixture into a large dish making the bars as thin or as thick as you like. I like to add coconut shavings on top before sticking the dish into the fridge to cool.
