Sweet Potato Hash with Scrambled Eggs and Bacon

Sweet Potato Hash:

Peel and chop up a Sweet Potato into small squares. Boil them for 10 minutes before putting them on to a pre heated pan with cooking oil. For added flavor, as well as seasoning them with Paprika I added them to the pan after cooking the bacon and added the bacon back in at the end. 

Scrambled Eggs:

For the Eggs, I diced up some tomatoes and a clove of garlic, adding them to a separate pan and cooked for roughly 5 minutes. While they were cooking, I scrambled up 3 eggs, cooking them in a separate pan again and then added them to the tomatoes for 2 minutes to cook. Much tastier than plain scrambled eggs!
