Cardio Tabata Finishers

It can be tough to stay motivated for at-home workouts so here's another follow-along workout, a Cardio Tabata Finisher

There's a couple of options on this one. For the first exercise do Squat Jumps or regular squats. For the second exercise, you can either switch it up with Mountain Climbers, High Knees or, if you really want to feel the burn in your legs, a squat hold/pulse.

We keep alternating between the two exercises for the 4 minutes. I love the Rocky music, so this is by far my favourite Tabata mix but there's a load of other ones on Spotify to push you as well and help you keep count of the 20 seconds and 10 seconds rest rather than looking at a stopwatch. AC/DC, Outkast and Bruno Mars mixes are probably some of the other better ones to help ya out!
