Taking the little wins.

I’ve actually been ok with exercising during this pandemic. Truth be told, with the exception of getting a few runs in with the @anygivenrundayofficial online group, the exercises have been down to coaching Zoom classes online.

But in between the Zoom classes, my activity level has been shocking. Hours without moving in front of laptop etc. And my lower back has been feeling the effects of that. Very stiff towards the end of a 5km run.

I’m usually not a fan of the 10,000 steps goal. Mainly because some people get that with work and travel too easy. But over the last few weeks, I’ve been lucky to get 6,000 steps in.

Goal set now for 10,000 a day and as close to 8 hours sleep as I can. Keep setting little goals. Don’t try to revamp everything right now.

And try to stay positive. We’ll all be in hanging and banging in gyms and boot camps again soon enough
