"It's too busy in the Gym" - Here's what you do!

“There’s no equipment in the gym to get my workout in on a Monday evening?”

You don’t need much equipment or machines to get a workout in. Push yourself by finding space on the gym floor, grab a kettlebell and two light dumbbells and do supersets of two opposite exercises.

“But Seán, what are supersets?”

Going straight from one exercise to the next. So in these videos, I go from goblet squats to a push up variation (10 reps of each before a rest period) and then kettlebell swings and renegade rows for the second one. 4 sets on each superset will be a huge bulk of your workout.

“And the opposite muscles?”

Try not to pick two exercises that work the same muscle groups eg squats and lunges.

“You must be happy with the 49ers over the weekend?”
