Work/Life balance lately

The line between my work/life balance can get pretty blurry at times, but it has been completely obliterated with one of my side projects: Any Given Runday podcast.

With the Dublin Marathon getting more and more popular, I find that a lot of people participating in them are not “pure” runners, and I include myself in that.

From my personal training background, I find that there is a growing percentage of people coming to me injured from running alone that I feel could benefit from strength training.

But people also come from different sports, have ambitions for triathlons as well as guys in their late 20s looking to fill a void for competitive sports and/or staying active with increasing work and life pressures.

Over these 16 weeks, the 4 of us attempt to tackle those problems as we document our journey to the Madrid marathon.
