Why me depends on what YOU want out of your training. Of course every Personal Trainer is going to tell you that they can coach you no matter what your goals are.

But let’s get realistic. Some coaches are better at some areas than others. When you are around for nearly 15 years, like I have, you have a better understanding of your strengths, weaknesses and what you like coaching

Selfishly, I’m not going to be as good working with a swimmer as I am with a runner. Actually, if your goals revolve around swimming, with respect, I wouldn’t continue to read because I won’t be able to help you as well as other coaches could.

If you have goals related to CrossFit, Powerlifting, the same would apply, unfortunately.

How Does Online Personal Training Work?

I am only bringing in 3 people at one time so that I can dedicate time to curate the right training programme for you and help guide you, especially over the initial 4 weeks, towards your goals


This month’s programme starts this Monday, february 12th with the last day for entry being this Friday unless all slots fill up first

Once you have signed up, in the next 24 hours, you will be given access to the Coach Seán Fitness App as well as a PAR-Q form with an outline of your goals and other training related questions.

With the App, you will be able to contact me with any questions you may have either through text or voice notes. If we need to, we will also set up a Zoom call.

From the information you provide, along with any additional questions I may have, I will get to work on the first draft of your programme.

I say first draft because the programme will always be evolving. That could be dependant o your goals, what we feel is or isn’t working, working around limitations with injuries, gym equipment or personal preferences etc.

Unlike most programmes, this gym programme will take into account your lifestyle, at-home equipment, and current fitness levels and help you move and feel better while also aiding you to achieve your goals.

The workouts will be delivered through the App and will have video links for every exercise we do, demonstrated by me with alternatives if necessary for each exercise.

If you are unsure on whether you are performing an exercise correctly, or if a weight is challenging enough, you can record yourself doing a set and I will critique it for you.

You will be able to record your sets, reps and rest along with additional comments and I will use that to monitor your progress.

We will also have a weekly check up to monitor your progress to see what is and isn’t working for you

We can create accountability through the App. I get a notification every time you check in to start a workout and will be able to keep on top of your progress.

We can also use the App to create new habits/smaller goals that will snowball towards your main goals.

The Coach Seán Nutrition eBook will help you more will your habit goals as providing recipes and you will learn why you are on particular foods without the need for counting carbs or calories as we build towards long-term sustainability.
