Booty Camp Review - Sums up why I continue to do these classes after 7 years!

At the end of every year at Booty Camp, I always send out an email with a survey to re-evaluate goals for the following year.

I never want the classes to go stale and want to make sure that what I am providing is what they want out of the classes. This was one of the responses I got at the end of one of those surveys which makes doing my job a lot easier and more rewarding:

“I joined Sean's class feeling very low physically and emotionally. I was also very skeptical that it would help because I had tried many types of exercise before and dropped off soon after starting. From the beginning Sean was encouraging and had much more faith in my ability than I had. After 6 months I was hooked. I had changed my lifestyle in small managable ways and I could not believe how well I was feeling. I hate to miss a class and always come away feeling great. Thank you Sean”.

Fitness classes shouldn’t be torture sessions that you dread. There should be an element of fun in them (yes, even the burpees 😜). And even though it’s the time of year where some people make drastic changes, it truly is making the lifestyle changes is “small manageable ways” that will get the greatest results.

Week 1 of our Castleknock Booty Camp is in the books. We’ve had the biggest turnout for the challenge in a long time. And as great as it is to see new faces, I couldn’t be more prouder that a large part of the group are those that have stuck with us through months and years.

7 years and counting in the Dublin 15 area.

Now to make the 2020 sessions even better 😜💪🙌
