Bonus Episode: Rest & Recovery Part 2 plus Influencers, Protein & Gluten, oh my!

Bonus episode of the Any Given Runday Podcast. After we finished episode 8, Aaron voiced his true opinion in how he felt about a lot of the rest and recovery protocols. Annoyed that he didn't express himself during the episode, Seán decides to hit the record button and air it out for everyone to listen to.
